A crisp, floral Gramona Gessami transports you to a breezy Mediterranean coastline while a rich, peppery Moroccan Syrah reflects the vibrant flavours of a bustling Marrakech market. Every sip uncorks a new tale, with wines that tell the story of centuries-old vines and timeless traditions.

Start with a refreshing Yellowtail Crudo with chilli lime dressing before progressing to herb garlic butter basted Grilled Squid with spicy chorizo orzo. Dive into a choice of Harissa Lamb or a Moroccan Berbere Spiced Wagyu Flank steak served with romesco, red onion marmalade and crushed cashews. Finish on a sweet note with Greek Yoghurt Panna Cotta, toasted coconut, pistachios and a rosewater scented berry compote.
