About Elisabetta Foradori
Also known as “The Lady of Teroldego” in natural wine circles, Elisabetta Foradori is one of the most historical and respected natural wineries in Italy.
Foradori has been using biodynamic preparations in their vineyards for over ten years. They do not intervene in the winery; nothing is added, but they guide the wine while paying attention to its needs.
Thus, the wine keeps an expressive spontaneity and bears the personality of its intense and live raw material. Foradori aim to convey with each bottle the character of the land of Trentino.
About Chateau la Rose Bellevue
Situated amongst the vineyards of the Blayais region, Chateau la Rose Bellevue has been producing wine for four generations. The vineyard benefits from the unique climatic conditions found in Nord-Gironde, close to the Gironde Estuary in the district of Saint-Palais “AOC Premières Côtes de Blaye”.
Winemaker Jérôme EYMAS has gained valuable experience in new winemaking techniques by working with reputable Australian wineries such as Boyton’s of Bright in Ovens Valley in Victoria and Pfeiffer in Rutherglen.
